You thought the earlier image from Wanakarn pool and garden was enough to make you throw it all in an move to Thailand, you haven’t seen nothing yet. Resorts, especially in South East Asia mean water and beautiful pools and in most cases many different pool dotted about the property. How about having these canopied day beds that are seemingly hovering over the shallows of another pool area. Obviously its much more of a design element than serving any real purpose. Although much has been said about the calming effects from the sound of water and to some extent, in hot climates a breeze blowing across water does tend to cool down the surrounding air if ever so briefly.
How is it that we, here in the US don’t really do stuff like this? We’re much more involved with how much room you have rather than what spiritual happiness we have. Waxing philosophical for a moment.
